Track Name: A Lesson in Distance
There are some wonderful places in the world. There are buildings taller than we can imagine, and trees wide enough for cars to drive between their roots. There are ancient pyramids we would struggle to build today, and islands we created all on our own. There are mountains that spit fire into the sky and oceans, the darkest depths of which we have never even seen. And we all want to see every beautiful inch of it. Our excuse for staying put is that it's all so far away.

There have been rumours of a high speed tube train being planned that would get from Los Angeles to new York in around six hours. That's a journey of 4,490 km, making the speed 748.3 km per hour. And that's incredible.

Mars is the Earth's closest planet, but it's still a whole 225.3 million km away. At the rate of this futuristic train, it would take 34.37 years to arrive on Mars.
Pluto is much further away. Going by the same speed, it would take us roughly 653 years to arrive. But, on the 14th of July 2015, a space probe from Earth made it within 450,000 km of Pluto. And it only took 9.48 years, which means it travelled 13,848 times quicker than this incredibly fast train. And it still took nine and a half years. Pluto is very far away, but it's still in our own little galaxy.

Now, the earth is incredible and there's still so much of it I'd like to see, but the stars we see as tiny specks from our bedroom windows could, like our own sun, be the source of life to a whole other solar system. And from there, our sun may even be too small to make out. And our trees and pyramids and oceans are all irrelevant out there. So I think we need to reassess our concept of distance and take a day trip to another world.
Track Name: Hero's Welcome
Today the streets were covered in stars,
and I knew that was a happy thing.
And the house across the road,
there were flowers at the door, and I knew that meant a very sad thing.
And when I came home, you made me coffee,
and I don't know how to feel about that.
And when I came home, you made me coffee,
and I don't know how to feel about that.

"We are Children Of The Earth!",
or so we let ourselves believe.
But that's where we went wrong
(How could we have been so wrong?)
Through dark, and rain, and cloudy skies,
something's brewing in the air

Oh!!☆HEY
Track Name: 33 Minutes Before Changing -album ver.-
nobody knows this is nowhere
(nobody knows where we are)
too small to be anything else
old lights disappear and then go there
(old lights have come from afar)
we're here to be someone new,
to be changed

so we're standing in a midnight sea
and changing salt to secret light
almost colder than our old lives
can you light a fire, warm and true
to fill us up with thoughts anew?
this is how it is to change

the old wall is crumbling and broken
(we don't need the wall any more)
step through and be here with us
hold out your hand and take a token
(hold out a little bit more)
then hold it close to your heart;
we can start

so we're running through the woods today
to find a house made out of sticks
where we're hiding from our old lives
do you want to hear the secret sounds
this world makes as it turns round?
sit by my side and we can change

<fuck your chopsticks>
Track Name: Nora -album ver.-
Three weeks back, Nora Black was finishing her drink
All alone and on her own, she couldn't help but think
So she took the can for her plan, what she did then was this:
It seems she wrote a little note, and she sealed it with a kiss

Hello there, I'm Nora, and I'm 13 years old,
I like paper planes, and all things red, and the winter 'cause it's cold
I'm also into comic books and silent films too
But I'm always kind of lonely so I'd like a friend like you

Can in hand, Nora planned to send it far away
Some pictures, too, to give a view into her every day
Launched on the sea, so carefully, from Nora's rusty beach
On that seaside, she thought with pride of the people she could reach

Hello there, I'm Nora, and I'm 13 years old,
I like paper planes, and all things red, and the winter 'cause it's cold
I'm also into comic books and silent films too
But I'm always kind of lonely so I'd like a friend like you

With some luck, the note washed up in the distant southern seas
Where they couldn't read, but they believed Nora wrote of prophecies
The island's king ordered the building of a Nora Worship Shrine
Her pictures, her note, and her cola can boat were regarded as divine

"Hello there, I'm Nora, and now I'm a goddess,
It's pretty fun, there's no hard work, but I have to wear a dress
Everyone looks up to me, which gives me quite a fright
But now I've got a lot of friends, so I guess it's all all right."
As for holy Nora, she went back to her world
Comic books and paper planes, a lonely teenage girl
Unaware of her religion, this is where her story ends,
it's too bad that they never met, I'm sure they would have made good friends

Track Name: left eye, right eye
Recently, I haven't been quite myself
So you said I should take a look at myself
I wasn't sure what you were talking about,
so I took my eye and turned it inside-out

You tell me what you want,
and I show you what I've got,
but they don't quite seem to match,
no, they never seem to match
You tell me what you want
and I show you what I've got,
'course, they never seem to match,
no, they never really match

You told me I was handsome on the inside
But when I looked, well, I was sure you'd lied
All I saw there was blood and bones, but
if you're into that then I don't mind

You tell me what you want,
and I show you what I've got,
but they don't quite seem to match,
no, they never seem to match
You tell me what you want
and I show you what I've got,
'course, they never seem to match,
no, they never really match
